"Imagination Rules the World"
In September 2020 I had the incredible opportunity to attend the Strategic Broadening Seminar at the University of Lousiville’s McConnell Center. Through 30 days of rigorous study I learned a great deal about philosophy, government, leadership, and virtue.
Plato represents the study of Philosophy and ideas that shaped history. George Washington represents the Center’s study of Politics and the foundation of our government. And the Guidon in the back with the symbol of the McConnell Center and University of Louisville represents the inherent values and virtues imparted by the Center to Leaders and future leaders alike. I loved the idea of Plato and George Washington discussing virtues and sharing wisdom over a glass of Kentucky’s finest. Titled, Imagination Rules the World, this piece is my way of memorializing the concepts and values promoted by this program.
